Using TurboCourt

Fees

There is a $10.40 fee to use TurboCourt to complete forms for Landlord Tenant Disputes, Family Law cases, and Small Claims cases. There are no fees when using TurboCourt forms for domestic violence injunction petitions.

From your Internet-connected device, TurboCourt gives you the capability to print the forms and mail or bring them to the Leon County Clerk’s Office. For filings mailed or delivered to the drop box, payment for filing fees can be made by check or money order.

Drop Boxes

To provide the public with another way to deliver documents to the Clerk’s office during the Courthouse closure, the Clerk has installed drop boxes. The Clerk’s 2 drop boxes are located at the Leon County Courthouse’s Calhoun Street entrance and at the Monroe Street entrance. Drop boxes are checked daily, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays, between 8:00 AM and 4:20 PM.
